  • Are your candles safe for people with sensitivities or allergies?
    We understand how important it is to use products that are safe for everyone. Our candles are made from natural waxes and phthalate-free, high-quality fragrance oils. While everyone’s sensitivities are different, we’ve carefully chosen ingredients that minimize harsh chemicals, making our candles a cleaner, safer choice for those with sensitivities.
  • Can I customize a candle or scent?
    Absolutely! We love creating custom scents for our customers. We do candles for weddings, bridal and baby showers, corporate retreats, book signings, and more. We even do custom labels! Please send us an email at narcissuscandleco@gmail.com for more information.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey right from your inbox. If you have trouble tracking it, don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll help you out.
  • How do I care for my candle?
    To get the most out of your candle, always burn it on a flat, heat-resistant surface and never leave it unattended. Trim the wick before each use to keep the flame at a manageable size and ensure a cleaner burn. Keep your candle away from drafts to avoid uneven burning. Candles are not recommended to burn longer than four hours.
  • What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?
    We take great care in packing our products, but if your candle arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or store credit.

    We process orders quickly, so once your order has been confirmed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. If you realize you’ve made an error, please reach out as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
  • Do you ship internationally?

  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Yes, we do offer gift cards! If you're looking for the perfect gift but aren’t sure which scent to choose, a gift card is a great option. You can purchase them directly through our website.
  • How long will my candle burn? What about wax melts?
    The burn time of your candle depends on its size and how well it’s cared for. On average, our candles burn for 30-50 hours. To get the best burn, make sure to trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before lighting it each time, and let the wax pool fully to the edges during each burn to avoid tunneling. As for our wax melts, one cube generally gives you around 8 hours of scent.
  • What if I’m not happy with my purchase?
