Processing Time


All orders are carefully made and packed by hand. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing before your package ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time


We offer standard & priority shipping through trusted carriers. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental U.S. For international orders or expedited shipping options, please contact us for details.

Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping on orders over $75!

Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Packages


If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us right away. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Narcissus Candle Company, we want you to love every purchase you make! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns


Due to the nature of our handmade products, we do not accept returns on our candles and wax melts. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full replacement or store credit, depending on your preference.

Exchanges


If you receive the wrong item or if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. We’re happy to exchange it for the correct product or offer you a store credit.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange


To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at narcissuscandleco@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll guide you through the process and provide return instructions if needed.

Return Shipping


If you’re returning an item due to damage or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
